Glendora Rotary Club

Welcome to Glendora Rotary, the house of fun fellowship.

For the 50th consecutive year our club has been helping The Glendora Community and the International Community with passion to succeed and strive to do more.

Glendora Rotary has been involved with many youth leadership programs in the community. We sponsor the Interact club at Glendora High School, 150 students learn how to help their local community, provide respect to our senior citizen, learn how to lead fundraising for the good cause, and develop leadership skill.

RYLA, “Rotary Youth Leadership Award”, provides leadership program and training to 8 high school students. As well for the middle school we do TLC, “Teen Leadership Camp”.

For 21 years, Glendora Rotary has been committed to the “Teachers Mini Grant” program. Every year, we provide about $20,000 in financial support for the best 60 teacher’s program of Glendora Unified School.

And, the list is growing up every year; 4-Way speech contest, Dan Stover music contest award, Picture with Santa Clause, provide 5 free family nights in July and August at Finkbiner Park, Job Shadow Day, support the Choral Festival, support the local Scout, LaFetra Senior Christmas luncheon, and our latest accomplishment is our new program The Glendora Rotary Club Career Builder Scholarship.

.We also participate and support the community programs “Trivia Challenge”, Glendora Christmas Parade, Halloween Night, St. Dorothy Feed The Homeless, provide food and drink for 2 Trail Days, Meal On wheel and Citizen Of The Year.

Glendora Rotary has built two monuments for Glendorans to remember us, “The Scout Hut” in Finkbiner Park and the “Centennial Clock” in Down Town Glendora.

Internationally, 2 Focometer programs in Mexico, help building houses, support the “Group Study Exchange”, Ambassadorial Scholarship, Rotary World Peace. Glendora is a leader in “Rotary Eradicate Poverty” projects for the Middle East, Africa and China.

As my 49 predecessors I will keep the tone and add the instruments. My board of director and I will spread the words of our Rotary International President Carl-Wilhelm Stenhammar “Service Above Self” wider and louder. We will lead our Club with passion to obtain the satisfaction of our members and get the positive reaction from our community.

Wouldn’t be excited to know who is doing that in your community and how these 65 members achieving that with fun fellowship and family oriented environment?

Please contact us to know more about Rotary and how you can be a member.
